Cricut Explore 4 Electric Die Cutting Tool/Cutting Machine/Seashell

Basic machine won't even cut out my very basic logo. Spent 2 hours on the ohone/video call with "support" who make you register the product to then tell you you cannot return a product that is registered. Save your money.

Great product. Very fast and accurate. I'm excited about what I will create.

Love the explorer 4. It’s quieter and faster than my old explorer 2

It cuts so much faster than my old cricut. I’m able to make more, faster.

Love the speed! I definitely want to invest in a 2nd one.

I like the upgrades to this machine. I am surprised that it still needs a deep cut housing for some items. It is very fast.

This made me question my sanity. For 5 days I tried to get this crap to work (and for the price that is asinine). I have a MacBook Air. I tried Bluetooth and USB but every single time without fail I couldn’t even complete the initial calibration. I did hours of research on Reddit, Cricut customer service, heck I prayed to the Man above. It was to the point where I spent an hour rearranging the furniture in my room to get the machine to the “darkest spot possible” (apparently it needs a pitch black room to work?) AND I had to trace all the lines in sharpie just to get it to cut a COUPLE lines. At max this worked for 30 seconds. Such a trainwreck, and all the gear you have to buy on top of it is ridiculous. You’re better off using the stubble on your legs to cut vinyl with than wasting your time on this.

I was sold an open boxed cricut

I bought this for my granddaughter's birthday because it's what she wanted. She was so excited to receive it and can't wait to start using it!

Just upset that I had to purchase a new Cricut all because the print and cut scanner light would not read the registration marks when my Cricut was only 3 years old.

I have had an Explore Air 2, but recently purchased an Explore Air 4. The 2 was great, no issues. The 4, however, will not connect to Bluetooth on my laptop, or rather it connects but within 2-3 seconds it disconnects. If I use the cord to connect the machine works fine, and is much faster than the 2.

I love this machine. So fast and very easy to learn. Great for card making.

I really love the cricut. I created a beautiful album for my daughter’s wedding. I just have two things for product improvement that made things a little frustrating. The Bluetooth connections was really not great. The system was less than 15 feet away and I continually had to power cycle the machine. Maybe switch over to WiFi? The other biggest problem I had doing a 12 x 12 album. I understand why you can’t cut to 12 inches. You’d risk running off the end of the paper. I get it. But if you could just have a function that centers the cut on the mat a lot of problems would go away. I tired all the suggestions on YouTube over and over and over and wasted tons of paper. None of the suggestions worked. Moving the object on the mat in the software also did not seem to work. Very frustrating.

Disappointed is an understatement. I purchased this for myself following my engagement to DIY everything I could for my wedding. And despite having 0 issues with an older machine working with both my laptop and my phone at my work, this machine would not stay connected no matter what trouble shooting I’ve tried. Really wishing I could purchase the same one my work has but it’s no longer sold. Unfortunately after over a week of trying and lots of wasted vinyl, it’s getting returned.

I upgraded from an Explore Air 2 to the Explore 4 and the difference is real! It has helped me be so much more efficient in my crafts and small business. Thank you Cricut for always greatly improving your products. I love the Explore 4!

I teach kindergarten and I love my new cricut explore 4. It is so fast I was able to make 60 fancy locker tags in no time at all.
