submitted bySaraV - 3 months agoA: Hi! Me, again! So the problem isn't the start button. At least it wasnt for me. Its the 4 trigger buttons inside the air fryer that compress when the basket slides in. For me, the top left one snapped and the spring mechanism inside the air fryer moved out of place. I had to remove the top, unscrew the top base to remove that and then replace the spring.

Not worth it.
Looks nice, but not worth the money. It requires preheating so add 10 minutes to everything. I had mine for less than a year before one of the back corners popped up and the display developed a crack. Didn’t bother with trying to get warranty service because of a lackluster support experience after I started having issues with the tray - ever so conveniently I was too close to the egregiously short window for my claim to be processed. Pay a little more for something with better support, better quality and a better warranty.

Save your money
I purchased the CRUXGG 10QT Trizone Air Fryer and it stopped working after five months of normal use. When I reached out for help, customer service refused to honor the warranty or offer a replacement. I supported this brand because I believed in it, but this experience completely changed my mind. Poor quality, poor service, and no accountability — I won’t be buying from them again.

Bad customer service from Target
i Bought the dualzone one from TARGET, it lasted 5-6 months. The safety pin/swith linked to the basket broke and target customer service oper the phone said to take it to the store and when i got there they refused to help me since I didnt have a receipt. The companies customer service is not available so I ended up throwint it away.

Don't waste your $$-- won't last a year
DO NOT BUY! Had this for 8 months to the day and it stopped working mid cooking. Wasn’t overheating, not maxed out with food. Zero warning. Bought to support the brand but should’ve spent a little more on a more reliable air fryer!

Don't buy
I bought this and tried to use it for the first time it did not heat up. I contacted the company for the warranty. They offered to give me a refund. I did not want a refund. I wanted an air fryer. I have to cut the cord in order to get a refund I would not recommend.

Worked less than 2 years :')
It worked great until the 18 month mark. I’m about to toss mine in the garbage tonight. When I go to use it, it works for 2 minutes then reads “E2 error”. Also emailed cruxGG for help & they never replied. Go ahead and just buy the ninja brand instead.

Enjoyed This Air Fryer Until It Stopped Working
I've had this air fryer for 3 months shy of two years. Last night I was cooking with it, and it just turned off. It wasn't smoking, and it didn't seem too hot. I checked my electrical box to ensure that wasn't the issue, but it wasn't. I unplugged it and waited to see if it turned back on. It didn't. I'm about to purchase a new one, but I will not be purchasing a CruxGG.

Quits working
Stoped working literally at the 90 day mark for us to return. Tried every outlet in our home, it’s not a blown fuse or anything. I really expected a quality item from this brand, but it’s been the shortest working item I’ve ever owned. I wish Target gave an option to contact the brand directly, bc I feel like they would make it right. I will absolutely change my review if I can speak with them but for now this sucks. It was great until nothing at all changed and it quit working.

Stopped working after 4 months
Bought it because it seemed like a killer deal at 40% off. Randomly stopped working after only 4 months. I did not purchase a warranty because I expected it to last a year or 2 at least. Powered off in the middle of cooking and wouldn't turn back on. Don't waste your money.

Do not waste your money
I had this for well under 2 years and it just stopped working. And although its under warranty, they are not sending a new one because they dont have any. Even though they are still selling them on Targets website. So please dont spend your monry with this brand. I would try Ninja if I were you, or any other brand to be honest!

Bought this airfryer approximately 2 years ago. It worked great, crisped food nicely, never had any issues with it until it randomly would not power on. 3 stars because I would expect a countertop appliance to last more than 2 years. Might try a Ninja next.

Stopped working after a dozen uses
I got this as a christmas gift, used it a dozen times, it worked well until it just shut off in the middle of cooking. Display was gone and could not get it on in any power source. Would not recommend unless you are looking for a decorative but useless fryer. Additionally since it was a gift and a few days after the 90 day mark I can't even get a refund.

I'm really happy with my purchase. It's not too big (they have a bigger version available) and it didn't take too much thought to assemble it. You just pop the tray into the drawer and plug it in. Very easy to use and cooks well. I had never heard of the CruxGg brand before so I didn't know what to expect but this turned out to be a great buy .
