The product itself works as it's intended. However, if anything goes wrong with the camera and you reach out to Cubo customer support inside the app. They will ask where you bought the camera so they can see if your still have active warranty. Well if you buy your camera from Target Cubo will tell you that they don't support your camera as they don't sell through Target. So now my camera doesn't work properly but they won't help me unless I spend 80$ to send it away for 21 days to have it looked it and even then they admit they'll have to "break" it to even look into the issue. Just got buy this from Amazon at least then it'll be covered under warranty.

Recently our household caught a cold bug and the monitor was able to alert to coughs from our baby which allowed us to keep a close eye on her while she recovered. The video feedback seems clear so far and we are able to use it throughout our entire house as well as from the backyard. We can play with our toddler in the yard while our youngest naps away- it has a great range! We are enjoying the monitor and all of the great features we have figured out. We keep it plugged in at night and walk with it around during the day and have not had any issues with battery life so far!

Range is great as he sleeps upstairs. & install was pretty quick. Only issue is my toddler tries to touch the wall paneling that comes with it.

They have HD videos with easy to follow step by step guides incase you have trouble but the instructions that come with the package were good enough for me. There is so many features in this cute little camera, where do I start? The 2.5K QHD picture quality combined with the 2-way audio gives me crystal clear image and sound of my baby whether they are in the crib sleeping or playing with their toys on the bedroom floor. You can snap pictures or record videos from the app whenever you please and also rewind live video if you want to relive a moment. Once you set up the AI features the camera automatically starts tracking your baby’s height, cry’s, coughs or if they cover their face while they are laying down. It comes with a stand to secure in the wall which I love because I don’t have to be moving the camera around every time I use it. The angle of the camera is adjustable but you cannot move the camera through the app which is why I give it 4 stars and not 5. The quality of the image is really good and does not lag. I love that I can play music/white noise/nature sounds and can even speak to baby . It notifies you if your baby rolls over, face is covered, or cries and coughs. The camera range is big I co sleep and it covers my whole bed , you can choose a “danger zone” if baby gets near that area it will send your phone an alert. This is definitely an update in technology on baby monitors I recommend it !

It has so many features like two way audio so you can communicate with your baby and cough and rollover alerts and video recording plus so much more. It has an app that is great with so many features like putting on lullabies or sounds and live video as well as temperature and humidity overviews. It also has a great adjustable camera The installation instructions are very detailed and easy to understand. Overall this is the best baby monitor that I have seen so far it's definitely a bit pricey but with so many features it might be worth it to you

During installation my son thought it was a little toy which makes it so much bigger so have this in his room as he keeps staring at it and I get to see him. It has great features like detecting baby cries, danger zones, coughing detection, “object on baby” detection, and room temperature monitoring. It also has a nightlight that can go dim or brighten. The little lullabies are a plus! The only downside that really bugs me is the fact that the camera will not move via the app and only stays in one spot. (This is a common thing with baby monitors so it’s okay) You can move it up or down with your hand, manually, though. I guess it would just be more helpful because I have another baby on the other side of my bed that I would’ve liked to watch as well. I’m using this for my toddler since he’s more likely to end up out of the crib. Another thing I noticed was that the notifications lag and are really behind on notifying me when my son has moved out of the crib and onto my bed. I would recommend this great baby monitor for every parent!! Better than any monitor I’ve tried but it requires a subscription for some things.
