Coffee dispenser works fine. Unfortunately, there is a taste of Coffee with the hot water reservoir, so it's kind of useless.

I love this coffee pot. The only negative is the small area where you pour the water for the coffee section. It is in the back and relatively small. This is my 2nd one of these and really like that I have my coffee and husband has hot water for his tea.

This pot makes the best coffee we have had in a while. The components are sturdy, the pot does not drip when pouring, and fits in small spaces. The hot water is added bonus but needs time to reheat if fixing more than one cup. Overall a fantastic purchase.

This works well for a tea and coffee household. This coffee maker makes a great cup of coffee and is easy to use. Having the separate tank for hot water has made my life easier as well. I don't have to have multiple machines on my counter.

One of the best purchases I've ever made. Has everything you need for coffee,tea, or hot cocoa. Doesn't take up much counter space. Very reasonable price. I love it!

The coffee pot is great. I enjoy the capacity of the pot and the ease of making it. I'm not 100% sure the water filters do anything really. The only issue I have is that the hot water nozzle will splatter out water if the reservoir starts to run low while you're filling a cup. Other than that, the program setting has given me a fresh pot of coffee every morning and an easy way to make a quick cup of tea.

I am so impressed with the great taste of coffee, use organic whole bean ground. Coffee comes out hot and stays hot. Love the hot water dispenser for tea.

This coffee maker works really well and is easy to use. I wish the lid tipped back for easier filling. You have to remove the lid completely to fill the carafe. Otherwise, it’s perfect!

The instructions for this coffeemaker are not very well done. If you want to make 1-4 cups of coffee you shouldn’t have more than that amount of water in the well because it keeps brewing until the water runs out, no matter if you have selected the 1-4 cup option before brewing begins. I have to turn off the brewing action to stop it after I get the amount of coffee I want. The automatic pause doesn’t stop the coffee from dripping onto the plate when you remove the carafe to pour a cup before brewing is complete, so be sure and place something quickly to catch the dripping. Drink your coffee quickly because this water doesn’t stay hot very long after brewing. And you have to keep tabs on how much water is in the reservoir because the “add water” notification cannot be seen anywhere on the panel that I’ve seen. It didn’t occur to me to measure the spot I place my coffeemaker in and it’s inconvenient having to pull it in and out from underneath the shelves in order to add water and coffee/filter. Make sure you have an open space to place it in or that your shelves are high enough to open both. If I had known all the things I’ve mentioned before I had used it several times I probably would have tried to return it. I gave it two stars because the hot water system works great and I like it a lot and would have given it three stars if this reservoir held more water. I’m disappointed in this purchase and wouldn’t recommend it for anyone else.

The Cuisinart 12 Cup Coffee maker & Hot Water System is awesome. The brewed coffee has a rain shower head type design which distributes the water evenly on the coffee, giving it a total brew which increases the flavor of the coffee. In addition, the hot water system is very handy when making my morning oatmeal or other hot beverages. We just love it!

I really, really like this coffee maker. It’s easy to use, the coffee is hot and the water is also very hot. I was able to give away my electric kettle and my counter is not as crowded anymore. I also like that it beeps when the coffee is ready.

Makes great coffee. I have used cuisinart coffee pots for over 20 years. I bought this one so I would have the separate hot water for the tea drinkers that don’t want coffee tainted tea

This coffee maker makes hot coffee and keeps it hot. This coffee maker allows you to choose the temperature of the coffee- low, medium, or high and I always have it on high. We really don't use the hot water system

It's so nice we bought it twice!! One for our main residence and one for our condo.
