Cuisinart Compact 2 lbs Bread Maker - Stainless Steel

I havent used it yet, but i like the portability.

I've made several loves so far. The best one was the parmesan pepper loaf. I really only have one issue with the machine. It does not brown the top of the loaf. The result is five sides nicely brown and one side pale and barely brown. The taste is not affected, just he appearance. I sort of regret not getting the larger model with the two heating elements.

It works fine but making loud noise sounding like powerless.

So far, I really love my Cuisinart bread machine. It's quieter than my old one. The beeps for making additions and taking out the paddle are loud and long enough that I can get to the machine no matter what else I'm in the middle of doing. I am inspired to try new recipes because the basic o es are so easy and so good!!!

Do Pre measure flour for recipes to assure exactness which is not in described in bold. Aside from that measurement I found the recipes quite foolproof. Brioche mimicked my Eastern European mother’s Easter bread sans raisins, and being of Lithuania background the rye bread recipe disappoints relative to our native culture bread. Focaccia and pizza recipes perfect especially for last minute quests and all the recipes were excellent to follow with wonderful pillowy tops once done. Only downside is importance of weighing the flour and wished the directions included grams. King Arthur came through with exact measurements in gr weight. Recommend using. If you ever tried hand made bread you know how long the process is. With this unit, you can go to sleep and be confident it is working for you. Awake to wonderful fragrance of homemade bread. Nothing better. Except maybe a bit of butter spread on and melting into your first mouth watering slice

The piece that holds the paddle in the pan falls out, we have replaced the pan once already and now it’s happened again, bread maker isn’t quite two years old just a piece of junk.

I'm still in the experiment phase of using my Cuisinart bread maker, and am very much enjoying the process of trying different mixes and recipes and determining which are going to be the go-to successes.

My favorite food is bread. All kinds of breads - banana, Italian, white, wheat, zucchini, Portuguese, oatmeal - to name (quite) a few. This machine makes it so easy for me to indulge.

So much for cutting back on bread! I friggin’ love this thing and the convenience with simplicity of use! Got Bread?

Worked great in that all I had to do was put the ingredients in the machine and turn it on.

I absolutely love this bread maker! It is compact and so easy to use! Bread tastes some much better than store bought. Never going back! Fresh bread all the time! Fast and easy!

Easy to use! I followed the recipe, and it was easy to just put the ingredients in the right order and start the program. I can't wait to try more programs.

This is a fabulous bread machine with all the bells and whistles. Ive made two yummy loaves so far and about to make some more.If your looking for a bread machine this one is great!

My husband and I love this bread maker! We can’t get enough of it ever since someone gifted it to us for our wedding! We have made breads as well as homemade jams. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to get into making bread!

Really convenient. We have tried numerous recipes and they were all good and easy.

Great small machine. Get a 2 lb loaf from a 10lb easy to program machine. Nothing like my old 30 lb impossible to program the first time previous one. Love it.
