Great product for home made ice cream
Great product, you can great the kind of ice cream you want. You can create fitness version of your favorite and you won't notice the difference. The blade should be more near the surface, I have always a good layer frozen and it could be better if the blade pass removing it helping to distribute the cold better

Great buy
I've only used it once so far to make Rocky Road ice cream, but it was much better than store bought and a lot healthier. Cuisinart makes a lot of ice cream recipe books, so I have a lot of choices in what I make in the future. This a really great add-on to my Cuisinart stand mixer.

Great lil dessert maker!
I really like this attachment. It works just like they say. I have made both ice cream and frozen fresh fruit deserts and it only took 15-20 min to make! You can eat it right away if you like soft serve or you can throw it in the freezer for a couple hours if you like a harder more frozen dessert. Definitely recommend for anyone who likes frozen treats!

I works well for vegan ice cream. I wish the splash/spout were a little larger, as the front of the mixer never fails to get the ice cream mixture on it. Otherwise a great addition to my kitchen.

This is a pretty nice little attachment the only thing I don't like is that a lot of ice cream sticks to the si'm gonna scratch it and I'm afraid I'm gonna scratch it when I'm scraping it off.. It does make good ice cream.

Homemade Ice Cream from Scratch
I purchased this attachment for my stand mixer and I was so excited to make the vanilla ice cream. It was super simple recipe and was quick and easy to mix up and make. I let it chill while I prepared dinner and then mixed it and it was our dessert. I would recommend this attachment.

Good product.
I am generally happy with the ability of the device to freeze ice cream, gelato. My only complaint is that the connection to my mixer does not allow the mixer to lock. As the ice cream freezes, it causes the mixer arm to jump less I hold it down. I need to get a hard silicone or plastic spatula to safely scrape the sides to remove all the ice cream after freezing to avoid scratching the bowl.
