I wanted to like this more than I did. I wanted it to perform better than it did. I wanted it to be more sturdy than it is. Coming from a 7qt Kitchen Aid pro, though, this poor thing was set up to fail. It’s hard to add ingredients into the bowl without stopping your process and. Lifting the head and it just doesn’t have enough power if you’re any kind of baker at all. The facades are kind of cheaply selected and engineered which is also disappointing. My recommendation: save up for the 7qt kitchen aid pro or a Swedish Ankasrum.

Shotty paint job; It came like this out the box
The first mixer I received, the box came very damaged, so I requested a second mixer. The second one I received, I took it out the box even though that box was damaged, (but not as bad as the first box) It looks beautiful out of the box until you look underneath it. The paint job was unfinished and you can see some gray areas or primer areas underneath the mixer. There’s also a chipped paint area underneath. Also, 2 of the 4 feet looks dirty and can’t be wiped off. This bothers me, considering the name and the supposed to be quality and price I’m paying for. Target tried to make it right by taking some money off and giving the difference as a gift card instead of back to my cc. I haven’t started using it I contacted Cuisinart about getting paint and the customer service wasn’t the greatest. I had to wait and call back on a few occasions for help. I was finally advised by Cuisinart customer service to just return it, I was advised that they (Cuisinart) don’t sell touch up paint.

Extremely disappointed I placed the one next to the ease of cleaning I don't know if it is I never used it with food I'm sure it would be easy to clean but I never used anything in it.
I was so excited to get this mixer and I plugged it in after remove them everything and put just the beater on with nothing in the bowl and turned it up slowly and it was so slow that there's no way it would have even made cookie dough let alone bread I don't know if it was a defective one but I was very disappointed and I wouldn't buy another one
