Does not work well on dry skin types. Also expensive for the amount of product you get.
If you have dry skin this is not for you. Yes it is a gel and light weight and not oily, but it does not provide enough moisture for actual dry skin. I have to apply it constantly throughout the day and my skin still stays dry. Waste of money and it’s so expensive for not even 2 oz of product.

It didn’t come out as gel, but as a liquid like water. The outside of the bottles has the same white cream around them. Neither the bottles nor the box have an expiration date or production date. I really can’t trust it to be safe to use. I regret not checking them earlier after I got them, and now I can’t return them.

The only moisturizer you need
I have used at least 12 bottles of this moisturizer since it’s become available. I’ve had acne-prone, normal to oily skin since I was a teenager, and this is the best product ever. Not only is it perfectly moisturizing, my skin never becomes overly oily like how my skin used to with different moisturizers. And because my skin has become less oily, my acne has improved significantly. I hope Curology never stops producing this gel moisturizer, I never want to consider buying anything else.

great summer moisturizer; shake well before using
Great moisturizer. I'm on my 2nd or third bottle. I really like the texture/sensory experience of this moisturizer - it doesn't feel like other moisturizers but it's very effective (if you've used supergoop's unseen sunscreen, the feel on your face after using is in the same ballpark). It's very light, not greasy at all. Two cautions: 1) Shake well. As I get to the bottom of the bottle, I find that it's separated a bit and not as effective, and sometimes irritates my skin. 2) For very dry environments, this may not be moisturizing enough (e.g., winter in Chicago in my case). My preferred winter moisturizer was discontinued, otherwise I'd share LOL. But yeah can't recommend this moisturizer enough! Even though the bottle is small, it lasts longer than you think!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been testing this product for the past few days, and I have very dry skin. I like products that are very moisturizing but don't weigh down my skin. And this product works exactly like that, it leaves my skin beautiful and super hydrated without weighing it down. My skin is illuminated. My skin is shiny, with a glow but without weighing it down. The skin is really beautiful and hydrated. I had never used anything from this brand before, and I am really happy with the results. Gifted by curology.
