Q: I got this blender for Christmas. I charged it completely but no matter what, it wont turn on. I made sure the two arrows align. Doesnt turn on with or without food/liquids in.

I have used the portable blender for about a month, and I like the results, when it functions.The rubber gaskets often separate from the unit when washing and it is not obvious the gasket is missing when I reassemble for use. If the gasket is missing on the motor the alignment of the cup and motor cannot be accomplished, and the unit will not work. Simple enough to address, now that I know this tendency, I always check the various pieces are on hand and verify with assembly after every wash.However, the small magnet in the cup is not something I considered. After a recent wash the piece is missing, and this is required to release the safety switch for the motor. No idea where it is. Most likely in my drain or sewer. So, I now have a battery powered bookend.

So far so good! You get what you pay for. Battery dies fast but does the job for what I bought it for. I use it to only blend my water, milk and coffee. No ice, and it does a job while I’m at lunch making my coffee fix.

I wish I could give it zero stars. It can’t handle frozen fruit. Why advertise a blender to be “powerful” and able to make smoothies when neither is true? 0/10. Don’t waste your money.

Not working. I charged it for 1 hour and a half. The light stopped blinking so I tried to on it but it won’t start. Plugged it again and the light started blinking. Waited another hour for it to be fully charged but it never worked…. Waste of money…. I’m returning it.

Worse purchase I’ve ever made this blender takes forever to charge jams every single time I use it and leaks if you don’t align it exactly and I do mean exactly it stops every other cycle it jams and dies during blending. It’s useless.

I followed all instructions for charging. Even went inline to watch tutorials to insure I had done everything correctly. After I continued getting the red 8 count red light blinking indicator that the blended was dead I returned. Wanted this to work so badly because it seemed to be completely convenient I purchased another. In my mind the first one must have been defaulted. Nope! The same 8 count red blinking lights came on after 2.5 hours of uninterrupted charging. This product wasn’t for me!

Bought to take with on trips to have my smoothie breakfasts. Works like a dream! Get fresh fruit and yogurt at free breakfast bar, add ice and bingo! Occasionally use Almond milk if available. Just wish it had a carrying pouch.
