This pizza griddle is a great addition to our small kitchen appliance collection. So nice to be able to open it 180, allowing for two griddle suffices. Prefect for pancakes, french toast, grill cheese, and vegetables. Does an excellent job reheating leftover pizza, no more suggy pizza! This product is so versatile. I wish there was a temperature dail to control the temp, or at least a spring so the lid could be propped open to allow some heat to escape.

I haven't used it for pizza yet cuz you seriously need a pizza peel to get it in there especially if your pizza is heavy because all the instructions tell you you have to preheat the griddle first but I'm going to try it with making the pizza in the griddle before turning it on next time. So far I've cooked chicken legs and pork and they turned out delicious and good. When you close the lid on it it traps all the moisture in the meat so they're extra moist.

I like the way it does frozen pizzas but you have to cut the time back or it will burn since the temp is 425* and the frozen pizza are cooked at 400*. I also made pancakes and they turned out great. Easy to stow away on counter with it in the standing position. I wish the temp was at 400* so you could cook more things.

I bought this to use while working agricultural harvest in the fall as we can't leave to get food and need to be able to cook in the closet sized shack work in. It is bigger then I was looking for but does exactly what I want it to do. The plates are deep enough to contain ingredients. Fried eggs, omelets, quesadillas, scrambled eggs, even breads, cooking meats only draw back is draining the fats from cooking is not easy. Love the crust that formed when I cooked bread dough. Very nice bite perfectly chewy texture.

It cooks well but the top of the grill is not hinged, so one needs at least 2ft. plus to open to lay the top down.
