The Dash Pizza Griddle features two 12” skillet cooking surfaces—fold the Griddle and close it to cook up hot and crispy personal pizzas or unfold the Griddle to utilize two cooking surfaces! When unfolded for double skillet cooking, Griddle lays flat on your countertop, anchored in place by rubber safety feet. At first I was skeptical about this cooking a pizza thoroughly. We bought a take & bake pizza from our local pizza restaurant and followed the directions. We had to cook it an additional 10 minutes but it came out just like being at the restaurant. Now this is my favorite way to cook pizza at home.
