Q: What kind of non stick surfaces are these? Pfaf?
A: Our easy to clean, nonstick cooking surface is made up of a die cast aluminum plate with a PFOA-free, PTFE nonstick coating. While PFOA is a harmful chemical, PTFE is an acronym for a type of cook-safe nonstick found in many types of kitchenware, so you can feel confident using this kind of nonstick. I hope this helps!
