You get what you paid for. It feels like it's about to fall apart. I've always liked the Dash brand, but with this stand mixer, I'm very disappointed.

I did not recieve a directional publication with my purchase, although I am keeping it I find the suctioncups on the bottom a bit of a nuisance, it is a very small space to work in while trying to keep batter scraped into mix at bottom of bowl, since there was no manual I don't know if there is a better way of operating the appliance or what the speed settings mean.

It’s a machine that, due to its size, doesn’t take up space. It’s easy to use, lightweight, easy to clean, and it has suction cups on the bottom so it stays in place and doesn’t move. I loved it!

We bought TEN (10) of these little mixers for a baking summer camp that we are holding this year. After un-packaging and setting them all up, I can honestly say that they are the CUTEST little mixers. After a little test, they seem to work well, much like a hand mixer with a permanent base. As we do the class we are interested to see how they hold up this summer. So stay tuned! We will submit a review update.
