Q: Why do you advertise your all of your free and clear products as such when they all have a scent? In addition to skin sensitives I have asthma & scents(especially from cleaning items) really bother me

A: I have COPD and asthma and also have the hardest time finding affordable scent free for the dishwasher. I use Finish Quantum and that has helped me and they work great.

Q: It says dye-free (liquid top), but colorant is one of the first ingredients- there is dye in the powder part!! This is misleading and greenwashing! When will a completely dye-free option be available?

Switched from another detergent that seemed to impregnate plastic items with its fragrance. This detergent is amazing and between our (highly recommended) KitchenAid dishwasher and Cascade Free and Cleat, never had a dirty dish at the end of a wash cycle. Local Target is perennially out-of-stock but delivery to home was amazing and beat the estimated delivery date by 2 days!

It can fight against the detergent to allow minerals and food particles to settle back on dishes, which results in a film. To get the best results, be sure your water is at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit/49 degrees Celsius. Also, when loading the machine, be sure all items will get the full spray and that your spray arms aren’t blocked. Does a pretty decent job of cleaning the dishes. Never found one that is perfect and all my dishes still come out wet unless I add an additional product to my dishwasher. Overall I would recommend this product.

But after trying these, I will be repurchasing! Cascade Free & Clear ActionPacs Dishwasher Detergent Tablets are Cascade’s new and improved detergent pods. They’re free of heavy perfumes, dyes, and chlorine beach - but are still able to deeply clean dishes. They are super easy to pop into the dishwasher and let them do the work! These leave my dishes SPOTLESS. After using the entire package, there wasn’t a single time I opened the dishwasher to leftover residue on my dishes. Not to mention, I also felt that this cleaned my dishwasher, leaving it sparkling after many uses. These are a great swap at the store for something cleaner, but without sacrificing effectiveness!

The lemon scent is light and clean not too strong, which I appreciate. My dishes come out super clean every time, even the ones with stuck on food. It’s perfect to clean all glasses, from a plate to glass. The lemon scent give perfect final touch to my clean glasses plates !
