Totally love the cleaning power, the less scrubbing I have to do, the foaming action (which makes a little go a long way), the fact that it takes most stains out of clothes (if you pre-treat), but my absolute FAVORITE thing about this product is the smell!! In fact, I love it so much that I have an auto-ship to my house every 2 weeks (5 bottles) and I carry a bottle at work to wash my hands in because my employers soap smells terrible and dries my hands out.

The spray makes cleaning so easy—just spray, wipe, rinse, and you’re done. No soaking needed! It cuts through grease like magic, and the fresh Gain scent is super clean and uplifting. Dishes have never been this quick (or this satisfying). I’ll never go back to regular dish soap!

I love Dawn Powerwash Dish Spray and had been buying the Original Scent, the Apple and the Lemon. They all work great. However, I recently purchased the one with Gain Power Wash and it didn’t take long for us to discover our coffee cups stink! It is a sweet sickening smell and even the smell of coffee is ruined by this smell. What really bothers me is you can’t even rinse the dishes enough to get rid of that smell. I just went back to the store and purchased the Lemon scented bottle. I am deeply disappointed in the Gain Power Wash one.

When my first bottle was empty, and I tried to switch to a refill bottle the spray did not come outage a mist, It comes out as a drool of thick liquid. I don’t know what is wrong.

I recently bought the Dawn Powerwash in the Gain scent. I used it on both my husbands and my water bottles yesterday and soaked them in plain water to rinse as I always do with the original scent. We can both smell and taste the Gain. I also noticed it lingering scent on a cutting board. I love the original scent but the store was out of it and we were completely out. I’m going to need to pour this one down the drain, such a waste!!!

I will say this cuts through oils and grease so much better than the original. I personally felt the smell was way too strong in comparison to the original. I recommend using less and applying more water to dilute the intense fragrance.

It is super effective and removing food and grease off my dishes. I am currently without a kitchen, and this has been a game changer, because I have to wash everything by hand right now!

The last thing I want to do at the end of a long day is stand over the sink and scrub at my dishes- this spray simplifies the cleanup process, efficiently and effectively removing food and grease with ease. Spray, wipe, and rinse and that’s IT!! It is truly unmatched and I will be repurchasing this product over and over again, it’s the only thing that truly and quickly gives my dishes the best clean. My only complaint is the smell is too strong for my taste- not necessarily bad but if you are sensitive to strong scents I would check out the unscented spray!!

The first thing I noticed is that a little bit goes a long way. It works wonders on stuck-on grease, which was my main reason for trying it. I typically spray it on my dishware and let it sit for a few minutes before washing, and it really helps loosen up the tough stuff. I use this dish soap daily, and while it does have a strong Gain scent, it's something I can overlook given its performance. Thankfully, it doesn’t leave any residual scent on the dishes. If you're looking for a dish soap that excels at cutting through grease and stubborn food stains, I highly recommend Dawn Platinum Powerwash. 5-stars because it does what it says.
