A: We're very sorry you're not the biggest fan of this scent, Marry. At this time, there are no plans to bring back the Original scent. However, we do extensive consumer testing to get the scent just right, and while scent preferences will vary from person to person, feedback is important, and we'd love to connect about this and help.

A: This product has been thoroughly evaluated to be used in homes with septic tanks. As long as you follow the recommended amounts as directed, they will not damage the septic system (including aerated systems, aerobic systems, and non-aerobic systems) or plumbing system with a properly functioning septic tank.

Q: Can I use this for spot stain removal in laundry? Family member comes home with LARGE oil stains on his clothes. Can I use it as the laundry detergent in an HE washer?

A: You can most definitely use Dawn for grease stain removal, but we only recommend using a very small amount, about the size of a button. Anything more than a teaspoon will cause excess suds.

Terrible new scent
The new scent is terrible. When my husband first used it, I checked the garbage to ensure there was no rotting fruit in it. The new scent is nauseating and gives me a headache. I am so disappointed. I’ve been a loyal user for decades. I can no longer have this product in my home, much less use it.

The products that I ordered of course they will meet my expectations. However the packaging was not adequate. Unfortunately the items were not packaged properly. The dish soap and liquid makeup were not packaged in plastic bags. One of the liquid makeups cap feel off and makeup discharged from its bottle creating a mess. Fourtunately this did not happen with the dish soap.

Leaking mess. Missing a lot of soap
This item was missing a lot of the soap. It was leaking and was all over the bottle wet and dried up so had been leaking for a while. They should not have filled my order with this bottle it needed pulled off the shelf

Smells like wet dog!!
The smell changed a while ago on this, or maybe it’s always been bad because I usually buy regular dawn or generic but this was all they had. Terrible! Made everything in the house smell like wet dog that rolled in something! I actually gave my lab a bath in case it was her, washed all her bedding, etc. nope, turned out it was using this while cleaning the kitchen and making my usual all purpose cleaner with this! Disgusting!
