These are delicious! I have celiac disease and I’ve had to eat gluten free for the past four and a half years since my diagnosis. I used to love pasta in all forms, but most GF pasta leaves much to be desired. These were so good, though! I made them with the “lemony cream” sauce suggested on the box (found a recipe online) and wow! So good!

This gnocchi would pair well with any sauce. The only thing I found disappointing is that it doesn’t stand well on its own. That’s being said, I’m thrilled to be able to once again have my favorite cream of chicken soup with gnocchi.
