As others pointed out the design of this potty seat is flawed. It’s not comfortable for my son to sit on and kinda flimsy. It makes him afraid to fall in the toilet. We have round toilet and it doesn’t fit well either. We currently only use it as a step stool to wash his hands

As many other users have explained, this isn’t the best toilet for little boys needing to pee, the pee stream goes forward even with the guard under the seat all over the step stool. Great for training them to use the toilet but not practical for boys. I’ve found it easier to just sit them on the standard toilet seat to avoid peeing going forward. I could see this working really well for little girls though! Love the concept, not the design though. Maybe an extended pee guard that points in to the toilet rather than stopping at the base of the seat would be a better design. While this may not apply to most kiddos, my son has fallen over when leaning back too far due to the seat/stool being so light. Don’t lean backwards on this training seat. I have elongated toilets so this hasn’t been the best purchase I’ve ever made for potty training…

This design is garbage. Doesn’t work for boys or girls. Pee stream shoots under the seat and gets all over the stool and feet. I have tried to change the seat height and positioning, told kids to sit a very specific and awkward way, and no matter what changes are made the pee goes everywhere. Take this off the market.

1. Pee guard for boys does not extend below the toilet bowl rim, thus pee streams shoot straight between the gap between the bowl and plastic rim. 2. As implied by #1, there is a noticeable gap no matter what setting I use use for the seat height. 3. The back half of the seat is unsupported by the back of the toilet bowl, so I have a fear that if my toddler leaned back, the plastic seat could snap sending him into the bowl.... but maybe this fear is irrational. On a positive note, our toddler does seem to use it with supervision, and the handle bars provide him a nice grip for getting up/sitting.

Didn't fit on the toilet seat, so my son just peed all over the floor. At least he was really excited to try it out... the construction is fairly flimsy. After snapping it together and screwing in the supports it still wiggles back and forth with my 30lb son climbing on it. I will be returning asap.

Love the ease of use for this potty chair. I have been in the child care business over 25 years and have tried MANY child seats for potty. Love the stability of this one so far. Only thing I did not like (and almost returned it) was that the package did not include the four screws to secure the base properly. I purchased the screws at the local hardware as I really wanted to try this new potty option. Kids love it I love the easy clean up and movability of the stools multiple use. My only suggestion to the company is...you almost lost this customer after all...is to be sure to get the screw in the box as the instructions indicated belonged there.

Pee gets everywhere. It goes out between the child’s seat and the toilet seat and gets all over the place. I don’t see a way to prevent this from happening when my son sits on it. Which is unfortunate because my son loves climbing up and sitting on it.

It is almost perfect, I have a son, and the grey part that keeps him from going #1 outside of the seat comes off to easily and he tends to pull off and it make amess. It great because if fits right over our toto bidet seat which it has an angle to it. It fits great over them. If they can figure a way to secure the part to keep them from peeing everywhere it would be amazing. If you have a girl, it would probably be perfect.
