It seems to work!

I am always skeptical that effects of supplements will be noticeable, but I seem to lift better and heavier, among other benefits, since I began taking DHEA about 5 months ago. I plan to continue!

So far so good!

I am taking this as a proactive approach to decreasing estrogen as I age. I'm not absolutely sure that I need this, but spoke with my doctor and she said if I think it's helping than I'm okay to keep taking. I haven't noticed anything crazy but I will say I was getting really hot in the night. I have not experienced that since taking this. Maybe it's a coincidence or maybe it's helping with some of those unwanted symptoms. I say, give it a go! You might be surprised.

Excellent Return/Exchange Policy

While this supplement didn't work for me, Legion's generous exchange policy keeps me coming back and trying new things. This product actually made me tired and not feel well. I stopped and started this just to be sure and taking this supplement definitely seemed to be the culprit. I'm female mid 40s so maybe I have other things going on hormonally and it just wasn't the right supplement at the right time. Anyway, based upon all the positive reviews I seem to be an outlier. I would highly recommend trying this supplement to see if it works for you as Legion will gladly exchange it for another product if it doesn't.

I turned 39 at the end of July and i have been taking DHEA for about a month now. So far so good!

Really do enjoy legion products. I have noticed that it doesn't necessarily feel like I am taking supplements as they all seem to work well together. I generally feel more energy during the day and certain parts "tightening" up, and quicker recovery times. So far so good.

DHEA Good for my energy and moods

Ive taken several different brands of DHEA and this one has to be one of the better choices. I honestly felt like it made a difference for me as I feel more even and my energy levels are more stable. The cost is effective for the amount of capsules you get. They are small and easy to take.
