A: Using this for anti-aging would be sort of an off label use. It's generally prescribed for acne. That being said it IS a retinoid and therefor can help reduce fine lines and wrinkles and can also smooth the appearance of skin overall. It helps even tone and smooth skin, it's an exfoliant.
