Since this is a dishwasher detergent it should not be used when sink washing, just as it should not be used in the dishwasher because there's a chance you'll apply too much detergent because there aren't any suds. No longer worth
I used to buy the Smartly version before Target rebranded, and it worked fantastic. I assumed this would be the same, and it was for a short while. Recently, its been pretty terrible. There is always a residue on my dishes, no load ever comes out 100% clean, and the entire dishwasher is now covered in a white film. At this point I'd rather pay the extra $1.30 for Cascade.

I loved the powder version of this except that it left residue by the soap cup in the dishwasher, so I thought I'd try this liquid. I hate it! It seems to clean okay and the dishes come out clean-ish, but any water leftover in the dishwasher is white and scummy, and the dishwasher itself smells absolutely terrible! It's a new dishwasher and has never had these issues before so I will have to switch back.

I used to get the smartly target dishwasher detergent brand and it was amazing. Crystal clear glasses. No residue no stuck on food this well often cause the food to harden onto the plates and leaves this weird powdery sandy residue inside some of my dishes.

Not worth the money
I tried it. Ran the DW every other day and after a few months it was smelly and gross. Never happend like that before. Not enough power to clean the dishes and the inside of the DW.
