I will only buy Dixie because I've learned that it is the strongest paper plate out there. In the past I did buy different store brand plates because they're cheaper but they're cheaper because they're inferior. For the longest time, I bought the 10" plates but I just began using the smaller 8" plates (for portion control) and even though they are smaller, they are just as durable.

i USED TO BUY INEXPENSIVE PLATES, TO SAVE MONEY. i TRIED THE DIXIE BRAND AND THERE WAS NO TURNING BACK. THE GREASE FROM, FOOD, DOES NOT GO THROUGH THE PLATE AND IT DOES NOT COLAPSE WITH THE WEIGHT OF FOOD.
