A: The Dr. Brown's electric sterilizer fits most other brands of bottles up to the following dimensions: based on the DB wide neck bottles: up to 2" diameter at the neck of the bottle, 8-3/4" circumference at the widest part of the bottle based on the DB standard neck bottles: up to 6-3/4" tall Note: The bottles must be able to withstand boiling water in order to be sterilized in this unit. Please check with the manufacturer of the bottles that you are using.

A: The Dr. Brown's Deluxe Bottle Warmer & Sterilizer - White sold in the US is only compatible with the US voltage. We do not recommend using an adapter.

This thing is a real piece of garbage! We are now on our second one in a month. The design on the water reservoir is just asinine and leaks every time you put it in it. Both machines we have gotten continue to get an H2O error. We add water and it still does it. Then it smells like it’s burning. DO NOT buy this! Absolute waste of money. Buy the mom cozy one!

Leaks everytime I have to change the water or if it is moved at all. When adding more water you have to remove the back compartment and place it back with the opening facing down. You have to move the warmer in a way to prevent the water from falling everywhere but sometimes there is still water left in the warmer and that will spill as well. I haven't figured out to do this without spilling yet When heating the bottles they come out wet and the temperature varies even if the setting is the same from one bottle to another. When using it I have to be careful that the bottle is not too hot and that the water leaking will not cause an accident. I tried another warmer and that one has been much easier to use, I do not recommend this product.

It's not convenient and slow warmer up. For heat up slashing frozen breastmilk, even just refrigerated breastmilk, it takes too long than I expected. The hole of the water holder in the back is so narrow, and not hold a lot of water. It is NOT easy to fill up at all, especially when you are in a rush and the baby is crying. My husband bought it because of the sterilizer. Wish I could still refund it.

It warmed the bottles perfectly but it got gross and disgusting so quickly. Another mom warned me about it but I thought because I was going to clean it regularly it would be fine, well…it wasn’t lol. As a new mom there’s only so many times you can clean a bottle warmer and apparently it’s not enough to keep this one from growing mold. I did everything , vinegar soaks, leaving it open to dry, but still it was disgusting within like a month and a half. Do not recommend.

The warming is extremely inconsistent. The first bottle I ever warmed came out perfect. Now, almost every time, it's either too warm or too cold. Making it extremely inconvenient for a baby waiting to be fed. Wish I had read the reviews prior but I bought it store on a whim. It seems a lot of people don't like it, so i'm not sure why they continue to sell it.

The water reservoir is designed horribly. There is no way to remove it without spilling water. Some water is retained even when it appears empty from the outside. The heating is inconsistent. There are better options out there. I’d recommend avoiding this one.

It leaks. Why would they release a product that leaks the way it does? Don’t they test it before selling it? I don’t get it. The product works, but you need to replace the distilled water every 24 hours. Heaven forbid you move the device to replace the water or even use it and then water is all over your counter. If there’s a trick to avoid the leaking, it’s not in the user manual. Ridiculous.

The bottle warmer is a great, compact size for my kitchen county already cluttered with baby feeding supplies. That's the only pro. It has a very small water tank that needs to be refilled at least once a day, giving parents another task to worry about. The tank has a small opening that is difficult to refill and even more difficult to reattach to the warmer. Each refill causes a giant puddle of water on my counter. This also leads to a very angry baby waiting for her bottle while I have to deal with this mess.

Please do yourself a favor & find another bottle warmer. I’ve been using this warmer for less than 3 weeks and it is awful! It leaks all over the place and it doesn’t even warm the bottles consistently. It has also started giving an error message to add water with every warm, when the water reservoir is completely full already! So frustrating in the middle of the night with a fussy newborn.

Terrible. This is never ever consistent. You’ll run it and it’s still way too cold. The next bottle you run it for the SAME time and it is too hot. This is refrigerated breastmilk and it never gets it right, we are still constantly relying on warm water because it takes about the same amount of time. I really thought this would speed up the bottle warming process but it doesn’t, you’re still spending 5 min standing in the kitchen staring at it in the middle of the night. Save your money and go with a different brand.

Terrible! I wish I could get my money back and get a new one. It’s super inconsistent with heating. The settings are very customizable but too complicated for what most people need. The water reserve can’t be cleaned so who knows what’s growing in there.
