Q: I only use filtered water for things concerning my baby. Can filtered water be used??

A: It's waaaay better than tap water, but 99% of filters don't remove 100% of the scaling and other residues in water. So if you want 100% scale free, you'd need distilled water unfortunately.

A: The bottles and components do need to be washed in hot soapy water or top rack of dishwasher prior to sterilizing in the Dr. Brown's Sterilizer & Dryer.

A: The sterilization cycle is 12 minutes, and the drying cycle is 45 minutes on the auto cycle of the Dr. Brown's Clean Steam Baby Bottle and Pacifier Sterilizer and Dryer.

Q: Is purified water ok to use? And are the attachments supposed to snap on?

A: We recommend using mineral-free distilled water. Purified water has mineral in it and can cause mineral deposits on the warming plate of the sterilizer and dryer. The attachments do not snap on.

A: The Dr. Brown's All-in-One Sterilizer & Dryer sold in the USA is the 110 v. US and is not multi-voltage. We do not recommed using a converter.

Definitely buy this product if you don’t have a dishwasher. I had to buy it because I didn’t have a dishwasher. It helped a lot because it sanitizers and dries them. The only thing that I hated was cleaning it. You have to clean it after 3 uses or maybe even less. If you have to clean everything! I mean the gray thing, white little basket and the bottom where you put the water. Or else it gets so gross. The bottom where you put the water gets so gross from the formula. It smells like it’s burning.

Disappointing
I received this item as a gift from my baby shower back on 11/09/24. I literally just opened the box this morning to get all the bottles together since my little ones will be here on Monday and what I found is absolutely disappointing as I was really excited about this item since I didn’t have one with my first baby. The item obviously was previously used from the water stains. The bottom white part of the item, BROWN. There’s a brown stain on the top white rack where the bottle accessories sit. There’s dust and dirt over it. I was going to take back to target and exchange for another one but now I don’t think I even want to do that. Looks like I’ll be sterilizing everything by hand again. Highly upset with this one as I’ve never had issues with baby items purchased from target.
