Q: Why would anybody use the 45 or 60 min dry cycle if there is a 30 min option? Does the 30 min cycle completely dry everything?

A: Using the 45 or 60 does a complete job of sterilization, drying....it’s really worth trying and using daily.... I used this product for an entire year...gave it to my niece to use for my great nephew...thoroughly cleans every item...

Q: What kind of water cods this unit take? Distilled water only or tap water as well?

A: We recommend distilled water to prevent mineral buildup on the heating plate. You can use tap water, however this will require more frequent cleaning/descaling of the heating plate.

Q: Has anyone/can this be used this to clean an Elvie pump?

A: If you can put Elvie pump parts in the dishwasher, then you can sterilize them. To confirm, we'd recommend contacting Elvie directly and asking them if their pump parts can be sterilized in a steam sterilizer.

A: You should be able to as long as its dishwasher-safe. Most plastics that are sturdy enough for the dishwasher are also safe to put in a sterilizer

This rarely occurs but when it does, it's usually due to water getting into the dryer fan. Please make sure not to overfill the water pass the "Max" fill line. If you did, please let the fan completely dry out and then try again. If this doesn't work, please contact us. This product has a 1 year limited warranty and if it applies, you are entitled to a free replacement if we can't resolve the issue. Thanks.

A: The Sterilizer Dryer sterilizes with steam which is 212 degrees F. You can put any bottle made out of silicone like Comotomo or polypropylene (#5 plastics) in this machine and it will be safe to use.

Just got my baby brezza one step sterilizer dryer advance and used it for the first time the last couple of days and worked really well! Got a little close to the air/breathe holes on top and almost burned my finger. Good to know that the sterilizer works well. Just make sure you have a good spot on your counter so it doesn't hurt your cabinets or wall paint when it breathes put the top. We slide ours out from under our cabinets when we need to use it and it worked Great. It didn't effect or leave any moisture behind to cause worry for your cabinets or paint. Excellent purchase to take care of the frequently small loads of your bottle and breastfeeding essentials. We are first time parents and Definitely Recommend!

We were gifted this at our baby shower and even though I didn’t think I’d need it for bottles since I planned to breastfeed/pump, it works great for my breast pump parts! I used it with my momcozy portable pumps as well as the manual pumps and then when we switched to formula it has been a life saver!!!! I completely take the nipples apart from the lids and in just 30 min the bottles are completely dry! If I really stack things up in there with bottles, pacifiers, teethers or even formula maker parts, then I’ll do the 45 min or even 60 min but they are all dry! Easy to wash too! I’ve had it for 9 months now and washed the rack and lid with no issues! Best gift ever and we’re now gifting one for a friends baby shower!
