Because she scratches it, it always leaves a mark on her skin. I've tried many other ways to relieve the itch and this one works the best. It actually stops the itch and doesn't cause any swelling. She is extremely prone to getting mosquito bites all the time and she told me that one of her friends had brought one to school one day and my daughter got to use it and stated that her itching pretty much disappeared! So now we are all excited to have this in our medicine cabinet and will also take it along on our trips.

My family's not willing to give up our outdoor time, so we endure the bites and stings. I LOVE this Itch Relief Kit from Dr. Talbot's. It's small so we can bring it anywhere and most importantly it's effective and pain-free. I remember getting bit by a fire ant as a kid and my grandma immediately sucking the bite to try to offer some relief. That was the fix then, and it worked. Dr. Talbots just created a more sterile version of a solution used years ago. The gel uses baking soda as its active ingredient and could be used on poison ivy, oak, or sumac too. It provides relief without causing my kids any adverse skin irritation.

I also appreciate that it comes eith an anti itch cream that has An expiration date a ways out. Glad to have right before mosquito season.
