DIRECTIONS FOR USE: To open, push the cap down and turn counterclockwise. Close tightly after use.1. Pout 1/2 bottle slowly down into drain.2. Wait for 45-60 minutes.3. Flush drain with hot water. Repeat if necessary.

IMPORTANT: Open carefully and keep hands, face, children and pets away. Do not squeeze bottle, avoid splashing, and clean up spills at once. Never use a plunger during or after use of DRANO® Balance because product may still be present if drain is not clear. Do not reuse empty container. Rinse container and replace cap before discarding.

If gases are released, leave area immediately—ventilate if possible. Keep container tightly closed in a cool place and store bottle upright in a locked cabinet. IF ON SKIN: Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water. Remove and wash contaminated clothing before reuse. Seek medical attention immediately if irritation persists. IF IN EYES: Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing. Seek medical advice. IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth. Drink a cup of milk or water. Do not induce vomiting. Contains sodium hypochlorite and sodium hydroxide.

Great low-odor option for getting rid of clogs
I think this worked well and I appreciated that it didn’t have a strong chemical smell. I have super long hair that had clogged the shower drain so much that a few inches of water was building up, but after using this twice over two days in a row - so the whole bottle - the clog was cleared. It does require a long waiting time, but I’ll take that over nasty chemical fumes. I would use this again!

Did Not Work For Me
This product did not work my bathroom sink. I tried two rounds of this product and it maybe barely dissolved or dislodged “something.” The water slowly drains but after two rounds of Drano Balance Clog I expected clear drains.

Used half the bottle, and ran hot water, still seemed clogged. Tried snaking the drain and then used it again and after that it seemed all cleared up. Worked eventually but I would’ve preferred it handled the problem without having to snake in between.

Doesn't Work
We used up the whole bottle. Flushed the drain with 2 rounds of hot water each time and it somehow made the clog worse than before. Went back out to repurchase Drano Max Gel and it seems to have fixed the problem. Although Drano Balance sounds like a nice product that's easier on the pipes, it does nothing and ends up creating more hazardous waste without fixing the clog problem.

Doesnt work
I wanted to love this, but it doesn’t work. Also smells the same after a couple of minutes. I tried 1 bottle and then when I didn’t get results tried a second. Both sat for 1 hour and were rinsed with hot water but did nothing for my drain. I’ve used the original product in the past and have always been satisfied, so I will only purchase that going forward.

Worked for me
My bathroom sink had an odor coming from it. I tried to unscrew the pipes but I wasn't able to get it to budge. Although it wasn't clogged or backed up, this helped get rid of whatever was in the pipe causing the bad smell. For less than $6 and half a bottle, definitely worth it and didn't have to call a plumber. It also didn't have any harsh smells which was a plus. Would recommend for what I needed it for.

After my shower suddenly started pooling water, I knew I had to get something for the drain, fast. I'm not a fan of harsh unclogging products, so when this caught my eye, I decided to give it a go. It did the job as promised. The instructions were straightforward and in a big enough font to be legible. Just pour it down the drain, wait 45-60 minutes and rinse with hot water. Love that it doesn't have an offensive smell and is more environmentally friendly. I'm actually excited about showering again tomorrow. Thank you, Drano. :)

Product claims to clear hair clogs within one hour using half a bottle. I treated my sink twice using half a bottle each time. Sink still runs slow! At least it doesn’t smell as bad as regular Drano. Would not recommend this product

Wont unclog toilet paper
