Works great at climbing thresholds, mopping, vacuuming, and corner cleaning when it runs. But I started getting errors about the removable mop pads. I tried everything- having the mop pads off, doing vacuuming runs only, turning off a setting to take them on/off, but nothing fixed the error. I had to manually take off the vacuum and put it on the floor to get it to work, which just isn’t how robot vacuums are supposed to work. Other users online have had the same issue with no fix or had to send off the vacuum to be serviced, which I didn’t want to do on a 60 day old vacuum. I’m glad I purchased it through a vendor with a 90 day return window, so I was able to return it since the error started month 2! I’m purchasing a vacuum without the removable mop pads since that feature has proved to be a point of failure.

Love how smart this vacuum is! It’s very customizable and works so well with wood, tile, and carpet floors, and rugs. I’m so impressed and it’s definitely worth the money. The app is very user friendly! The vacuum is loud when it’s cleaning itself, but it’s worth it for the self-cleaning feature.

Buy it. It’s so worth it. I thought the reviews were lying but they’re actually not. Having this machine has made my life so much easier. I have two kids 8&4 and they leave trails of crumbs. I have a dog that sheds like his life depends on it. It cleans up when we’re going to bed and in the morning my floor is spotless. Best purchase ever!

If this breaks I will buy another one. It is fantastic. I have bought countless mop and vacuum combos, robot vacuums. Nothing compares to this. Easy to set up, easy to use. So intuitive, I love everything about it.

This vacuum is absolutely game changing! As someone who has used a robot vacuum in the past and not had the greatest experience, I was super surprised to see how far these robot vacuums have come and this Dreame X50 Ultra truly is incredible. The set up process is so easy that anyone could really do it. Maintenance on the vacuum is made super easy by two tanks that are easily accessible for your mop, clean water and dirty water. The vacuum also features this max plus mode that gives it extra suction and for us with pet hair that is amazing. The Lidar on this device makes it navigate through our home with excellent precision. We love this vacuum and are so pleased with it!

This vacuum was super easy to set up once unboxed. Instructions were very clear and the app made it easy to follow along once I got my phone connected. The vacuum is loud, but not as loud as a normal stick vacuum would be. When it’s mopping, it’s near silent. The battery life seems good - it uses about 20% per hour it’s running and only took maybe an hour and half to fully charge back up. I did notice it didn’t vacuum as well in the parts of my house where there’s tile versus hardwood, but I’ve found that most vacuums I’ve used always struggle more on tile. Overall, would recommend!

I’m truly wondering how I’ve gone this long without a robot vacuum! This is a game changer for my family and I - especially with two small humans and two big dogs. Pros: -suction is great, it cleans up most everything in its path with no problem -mop does not leave a film or residue -I wake up with great little vacuum lines on my carpets :) -I have yet to clean out tangled hair or anything stuck in the brush roll -I have run the vacuum and mop cycles several times already and have not had to empty or refill anything -I like being able to select which room needs to be cleaned and the extent it needs to be cleaned - so many settings! -this came packaged wonderfully and was easy to set up Cons: -the sensors work great, almost too great. It takes a while for the vacuum to “get its bearings” before if ever starts the job. If you’re in a hurry, this is not the solution -the boundary lines/rooms I’ve selected on the app don’t always match up with where the vacuum goes. And it generally attends to more areas than I’ve designated. -I’d recommend running this at night to give it enough time to get through your house. It had to recharge quite a few times to finish. I noticed it went over several spaces multiple times. This isn’t a deal breaker but does effect the amount of time and battery life it takes -the app isn’t as user friendly as I’d like. The mapping of my house was accurate at first and then quickly became distorted. There’s also a lot of pop up ads Overall, my floors are MUCH cleaner than they were prior to this vacuum so I’m very happy. If you can look past small annoyances, it’s worth the purchase!

I received this vacuum for free to test out, and I’m genuinely impressed with how much thought went into its design. Pros: • Easy setup: The included card with setup steps was super clear — no confusion at all. • Magnetic accessories: Every latch and attachment connects magnetically, which is so convenient. They stay secure but come off easily when I need to swap something out. • Smart mapping: Watching the camera map out my home was fascinating! Unlike other vacuums I’ve tried that have to bump around to learn the layout, this one used its camera to create an accurate map right away. • Quiet and effective: It’s super quiet while running, and the mopping function leaves my floors shiny and streak-free. • Object detection: The camera does a great job recognizing obstacles before bumping into them — no scuffs or scratches on walls or furniture. Cons: • The live camera feed tends to lag a bit. Although, not a huge deal since I don't see myself watching it live on a daily basis. • It did get itself stuck on one of my kids’ toys, so it’s not completely foolproof. Overall, this vacuum has been a great addition to my home — smart, quiet, and efficient.

Talk about a powerhouse! This machine does it all! It’s like a little maid that does everything for my floors! Seriously all the additional features make this vacuum totally worth it!
