submitted byBattat Team - 5 years agoA: Hi Kaylyn! To have the water come out of the hose, you first fill the tank with water (the tank is under the grey lid on top of the truck), then use the pump behind the truck's cabin. On the DRIVEN website, there is a video describing the functions of the toy. Hope this helps, and enjoy playing with the DRIVEN Fire Truck!

Q: The buttons don’t work unless we press both of them at the same time. Is that how the fire truck was designed? Also we did change out the batteries to make sure they weren’t low or running out.
A: Hi. The electronic top piece needs to be in the truck to work. One button operates the lights and the other operates the sounds in the truck. For full instructions, please visit the Driven website product page. The instructions are available for download. The Battat Team
