A: Great question! On our steam cleaners, it is not possible to adjust the temperature. We do have some steam cleaner that can adjust the steam output, which helps with different surfaces. However, on the Neat and Neat Plus, no such option is available. -Your Dupray Team-

A: The water inside the heat exchanger of the Neat Plus reaches 275 °F / 135 °C. You can expect the steam coming out to be a lower temperature than the temperature advertised in our specifications. The steam is the hottest right at the tip of the steam exit hole. Depending on which accessory you use, the temperature will vary. In order to reach a higher temperature at the exit point, we recommend, using the triangular tool or rectangular tool with a bonnet or microfiber. -Your Dupray Team-

We use two of these machines in our business. Perfect for cleaning and cooking problem insect eggs larvae and adult stages of the life cycles. Dust mite and stains sorted in mattresses and all other soft furnishings.👍

This product has become my go-to for all of my cleaning jobs around the home, and i've even used it outside for garden and patio furniture! I've managed to clean almost everything in my home without having to use any chemicals which is great as i'm sensitive to a lot of chemicals and fragrances, and it's so much healthier for my pets too :) I love the fact that it heats up so quickly so I can just grab it and use it whenever I need to - highly recommend for anyone looking for an effective cleaning product that is also good for your environment!

I bought this a month ago and was extremely disappointed in the product. I have it a month to see if it would grow on me but I continue to be disappointed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Leaves a TON of water behind so you have to wipe it all up after AND still doesn’t remove the mess. So not only do I have to clean up the water I then have to go back with a spray bottle & clean it the good old fashion way anyway. The cord doesn’t wrap up nicely. The water doesn’t come out hot right away despite the green ready light indicator & it shoots out everywhere at first. Makes more of a mess than the original mess

I have the original 1984 GE self-cleaning oven in my home. Still works great but now looks so much cleaner around and between the doors, etc. I am just amazed how well the Neat Plus cleans/steams. Certain it will work great on the rest of the house. Got the more challenging appliance done first.

I’ll be returning this if I can. It’s max temp. is 130F, so would work fine as a facial steamer and nothing more. Very disappointed. Also, there is so much water expelled when starting up - it’s definitely not even close to hitting the temps. it claims it can.

I have had this for several years … I got it when we had a horrible year for fleas… the steam gets hot enough to kill all life stages and we have been a flea free house since!! I am excited to see the new Neat + as I would like to clean longer than 50 minutes

I’ve been using this a couple of months. I’ve used other steam cleaners. This one has all the features and fixes I did not like about the other ones. Lightweight, steam trigger lock, easy fill, does not need refill often (lasts long), steam ready fast, tools do everything, cleans great, easy to do walls and ceiling, amazing on grout, removed grease from stove and vent fan, no chemicals,rolls easily. Only thing I’m missing is something on the unit to hold the hose and end onboard the unit.
Glad I bought the plus version!

I saw numerous videos on the original version and I’m extremely happy that I got the Plus version. Throughout the cleaning process, I definitely added more water and to have it pretty much instantly be ready again for usage saved me time. I’ve had this for a few weeks now and for the people who complain that the noise is to loud when the steam comes, use headphones to dampen the sound. For the users who also complain that the steam “goes everywhere”, use a microfiber cloth as you despense the steam and that will greatly reduce the blowout. The cord holder (bottom of unit), needs to be reengineered, but I simply roll up the cord externally and that works for me. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and hope this will last. Thanks!

Very easy to use and get started. The tank holds more than I thought. The ability to add water "on the fly" is excellent. I had a more expensive steam cleaner that suddenly stopped working. This is a much simpler version that I hope will last much longer.
