Bought this to replace my previous 8chn as it died on me.. bought the 16chn so i can add on in the future..night visionisnt the best if up high and close objects reflect the light.. But I like the fact that you can zoom in and replay record and screen shot

Had this for about 6 months then kept restarting. Never recorded anything. Had the 8 cam Swann worked well. BUT NOT THIS ONE

I’ve had this unit for about a month, after using two older 8 camera units. I have now installed this 16 camera unit, and I find it far superior to the older ones far easier to use on line. The new app is also far better and quicker than the old one’s.

I have just replaced my Swann DVR16-4575 with the Swann DVR-164680. Cannot get past Startup Wizard on new Swann DVR-164680. Created password, entered receiver email address; when I click next then I get a Notice dialog box stating "Connection error! Please check the Receiver Email Address!" No such problem with the Swann DVR16-4575, and I just want that old startup wizard interface back. No printed manual. Cant find manual online. Have googled everywhere for a solution but cannot find any. Will happily revise with higher scores if Swann provides a solution for this problem.
