A:Â I also need at least 10%. If you can't guarantee that it has at least 10% vitamin C, then I cannot buy it. I don't need to know all the details, but that is certainly important for any shopper to consider this product seriously.

I really like this product. It makes my skin feel smooth and brighter. It has a light citrus scent, which I love. It absorbs quickly. The dropper is very aggravating. I can only get one drop at a time. If they made it with the regular dropper set up, it would be 5 stars for me.

This is my first time trying skin care from elf cosmetics. They’ve always seem to have pretty good quality despite their low prices. Whatever you want to saying about the applicator is true. However, it is not a deterrent for me as a little goes a long way anyhow, since I just started using it today, I can’t speak to the results much but the texture this far is nice so I don’t have any complaints.

So far, another fantastic product, although that lid and dropper set up is frustrating. I tried to unscrew it like you would a pump top at first, and for a hot minute. when that didn't work, I thought maybe it was broken. Once I finally worked it out, it isn't the strongest dropper, but just enough gets picked up that I almost don't have to do it twice. Almost.

This vitamin C goes on very nicely and soaks into the skin very quickly so you can apply moisturizer immediately. I am with a few of the other comments that the applicator/pump thing made it a little bit difficult to get enough product. But I like the product itself and the packaging looks beautiful and rich. Maybe that dropper part will be improved soon. (?)
