Wouldn't Recommend for Dry Skin
This toner might be a good fit for you if you have oily or combination skin! However, I found that it was too drying on my already dry skin for daily use. To me it was concerning that the second ingredient in this toner was alcohol (which probably contributes to the drying effect).

I received a sample size and was looking forward to trying this, but threw it out once I saw the second ingredient (after water) is alcohol. There seemed to be other questionable ingredients as well that completely turned me off from this.

Until I realized alcohol was the first ingredient after water. Really disappointed with elf. The skincare world knows better to use alcohol like this. Especially in a toner labeled as a hydration product! Threw out the bottle.

Love the product, not the scent
I’ve been using this toner for about 2 weeks now, and I love the way that it makes my skin feel and it feels like it helps absorb my other skincare. It honestly just feels like water, but it helps so much. However, it smells like alcohol. If you have a sensitive nose, I would not recommend, but otherwise, I definitely do.
