Disappointed
I had high hopes for this supplement. After taking this for 13 days straight there has been no observable progress. My urine is bright yellow but no movement. I will not purchase another bottle.

So far it doesn't work
I’ve been taking this for 8 days and have found that it does NOTHING. I will continue for the full 15 days and will happily update my review if things change. But their marketing says you’ll notice after 3 days. Nope, not me.

Finally, bowel relief after a year of searching!
I have tried multiple online supplements for bowel relief. I have been struggling for over a year. It’s been so incredibly painful and frustrating to only have about 2 to 3 bowel movements a week. After 3 weeks of taking Emma, my body actually started to feel normal again. Daily bowel movements and I feel like I actually have a waist again! I was so bloated and had stomach cramps all the time. I highly recommend you try it! I am on my second bottle now. I’m feeling nothing but confident with my decision to choose Emma moving forward. Best decision I could’ve made for my stomach.

Emma capsules have been a Godsend for me. My problem was severe constipation. I was taking two large doses of metamucil a day plus six stool softeners. I tried miralax but it was too hard to control. The constipation had been going on for about 2 years. During that time I would go 5 or 6 days between bowel movements and then I would dread feeling some cramping and knew another was on the way. I started taking Emma as last resort with hardly any hope that it would make any difference| but it is truly a game changer. My bowel movements are daily| usually at the same time and very comfortable. I began taking Emma about 2 months ago and it took a few weeks to become acclimated to its effects. I'm just so grateful that I found you.

Emma is a God send. I have always had problems with constipation. Had major surgery and said I would rather die than go through that again. Emma has been my salvation. I highly recommend it to anyone that needs a natural laxative. Believe me it works. Thank you Emma.

I am currently on an opioid and a GLP1 med and both of those are known to cause constipation. I have found if I daily take 6 dried prunes| 2 stool softeners and 2 Emma pills| my bowel movements are PERFECT. Until I started the Emma pills I was having trouble. So| I do this routine every day. Thanks!
