Q: Will a mattress that is 72" X 84" work for the California King bed frame?
A: Yes, that is standard California King sized.

Q: The company I plan on purchasing the mattress and box spring from offer a 5" or 8" box spring and the mattress style is 15". What size box spring to you reccomend? Will 20" work Thank you.
A: A 5 inch will be difficult to change the sheets as it will be compactly covered by the side rails. An 8 inch will work but it will be visible above the side rails.

Q: What is the thickness of the foot rail? Are the foot rail and side rails the same thickness? Thank you
A: The height is 9.5" and the depth is about an 1" depending on the upholstery thickness.

Q: What is the weight capacity for this bed?
A: The weight limit for T/F is 500lbs and for Q/K/CK is 650lbs.

Q: What the measurement from the floor to the bottom of the headboard? How big is the headboard and can you adjust the height?
A: Hi, From the bottoms of the headboard to the floor there is a distance of 24". The headboard is 51" tall.The headboards height can only be adjusted by approximately 3" up or down.

Q: Is this bed compatible with an adjustable base?
A: Customers in the past have successfully used adjustable beds. However, we cannot guarantee your adjustable bed would be compatible, due to the wide variety of adjustable beds in the market. Please note, approximately 4-5” of the interior dimensions are lost because of the metal rails/corner brackets that make up the perimeter of the frame. Our beds are designed to be used with a standard mattress and box spring combination. Please see additional dimensions below. Q: Will this work with a 5 inch boxspring?
A: This bed is designed to be used with a standard mattress and box spring combination. Please note that there is a 18" inch gap between the bottom of the headboard to the metal bed frame where the box spring sits. The distance from the metal bed frame to the top of the upholstered rail is approximately 7.5".
