Press 2 times for Med. 3. Press 3 times for Low. 4. Press and hold in any white light mode for dimming. Light will flash at highest and lowest settings. Release to set light level. 5. Press left button for Colored modes. 6. Press 1 time for Red. 7. Press 2 times for Green. 8. Press 3 times for Flashing Red. 9. After 2 seconds in any mode, next press will be off. Very bright and has multiple modes. I bought it so that I wouldn't have to keep switching for new batteries and would be able to recharge it. Unfortunately, the battery doesn't charge, even when I leave it for hours. Not with the charging cable it came with or with multiple other ones.

It comes with a USB C rechargeable battery but also accepts 3 AAA in an emergency. The red and green modes are perfect for map reading or night land navigation. There is also a red strobe mode. Feels well constructed, the manual says it can withstand a 2 meter drop and is water resistant up to 1 meter but I have yet to test either claim.

I like that there's a choice, but it's difficult to switch them out. A few ideas for an upgrade would be a carrying bag for the extra batteries and cord...as well as the light itself when not in use. Also, make it easier to get the battery switched out.

I am a lash extension technician, and I bought a headlight with magnifying glasses from another company that is just ok it is no where near as bright as this one. This light blows the other one out of the water! I love that you can either use an internal battery or triple a's, so if it is dying, you have a backup battery solution. Tbh, I don't even need my bigger light because this gets so bright. Also, the 2 white lights on the front that you can use one or the other or both, and dim nicely as well. I don't really have a use for the colored lights. But if you're using it for eyelashes or any tedious work that needs good lighting... I recommend it!
