Enfamil NeuroPro EnfaCare is a milk-based, 22 Cal/fl oz, iron-fortified, post-discharge baby formula milk that has enriched* nutrition for immune support for infants who were born prematurely or with low birth weight transitioning to home. Enfamil NeuroPro EnfaCare is the only post-discharge formula that has a fat-protein blend of MFGM† and DHA, previously only found in breast milk. Enfamil NeuroPro EnfaCare newborn baby formula has vitamin and mineral amounts specially tailored for premature babies’ first year of life after discharge from the hospital.

A: Thank you for reaching out to us! Prior to feeding from a Nursette/ready-to-use bottle, the contents may be divided for later use. Do not warm the Nursette/ready-to-use bottle before dividing. Also, shake the bottle before opening to ensure the contents are well mixed. Pour the desired amount for feeding into a clean bottle. The product you are not using should be immediately covered and refrigerated (35-40 degrees Fahrenheit or 2-4 degrees Celsius) and used within 48 hours. -Katelin

I was originally planning to only breast feed/pump and supplement with formula/feed only if I was unable to successfully breastfeed, During her stay due to her size my breast milk was supplemented with this formula to add calories. At discharge we weren’t sent home with this formula to feed/supplement breast milk when possible. She did fine with it at first and started to have spit ups, then had to be changed. But, this formula did great when she was in the NICU but helping her gain weight to be able to come home. Once home not sure what changed, I didn’t have any complaints on it other than her intolerance.

My baby boy was born 6 weeks early. He was in the NICU for several weeks, I wasn’t able to produce and he wouldn’t take donated breast milk. This was life saving! He wouldn’t be where he would be without this formula. He tolerated well and he’s grown so much!
