Love this balm. Smells good (if you don’t like balms that smell, this is not for you) and has a vibrant pink color. I wear it on when I go to work in the summer!

I know some people hate the packaging, but I didn’t have issue with it and I thought the formula was great. I usually hate scented products, but the Kiwi scent wasn’t too much. Love it!

I only use the Essence products, and I have purchased quite a bit of the Juicy Bomb butter balms. It's such a great product to apply on your lips, has a slight color and gloss for girls like me who don't want to use lipstick. I have to ask what were you thinking when you made this container? 1. It doesn't last. It's NOT cheap, and it doesn't even last a full month. 2. Once you twist it up, it locks and doesn't go back down; why?

Really stupid design that you cannot retract after twisting out to much gloss. Don't waste your money on this.

I now have #1, #2, and #5. #1 smelled so good and suuuuper buttery feel. I have to dab that one on because of how creamy it is. #2 smelled amazing and I can swatch it much easier on my lips. Not as buttery as #1. #5 smells like the old lip smackers or hersheys chapsticks from the early 2000’s lol. Love it. Surprisingly pigmented. Also not as crazy buttery as #1. These are non retracting, so I was in for a slight shock when I first tried them. Thankfully I never really push out too much product when trying, just saw some people making that mistake.

I got a translucent Coco and LOVE IT!!! Best thing I have ever used!!! Literally a lipgloss in a lip balm disguise,a very smooth and long lasting one! I'm doing martial arts and not a one lip balm has ever made it till the end of the training session. After such a cardio I'd always end up with dry lifeless lips. But not with this one! Lips stay glossy and moisturized for two hours! In my honest opinion, it is an absolute must have! P.S. And yes,ladies, it works as a click-it NYX lip balm,meaning u can't twist it back and forth,it only goes out but doesn't retract back in,so only one twist at a time to use as much as you need.

I'm amazed that a company thought a non-retractable lip product was a good idea! If it were user-friendly, the lip color is nice. However, the design is awful, and for this reason alone, I will never repurchase it. I am going to return this crap tomorrow.

I love these lip balms! I got the brown one to start a month ago and I love it, so I picked up the purple one today! I like the really subtle colour but unfortunately the flavor is gross, like medicine grape or something. Essence please take this scent out! It's so not necessary is so off-putting!

i keep seeing people apparently struggle with this product YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG!!!! it is a click up product so NO it will not go back down!! all you need is two clicks. the colour and gloss and all around feeling of this product is beautiful i 100% recommend it!!!

I just walked out the store with this. I turn the balm so it can pop out, and it won’t turn back in. Now I can’t close it. Which means I can’t use it. I spent R70 on this thing. Down the drain.

I love the effect it gives on the lips. A perfect combination of lip balm and lip gloss. I just wish it contained more product and that it was able to twist it back down.

Love this lip balm! Dare I say it reminds me of my high end T@rte maracuja juicy lip balm! For the price, you can’t beat it. This is my favorite color! Great for Spring/ Summer!

Really cheap and tastes like little kid lipstick mine came all smashed under the cap which I couldn't see when purchasing. Melts really easily and really just not worth it its so cheap and gross.

Hydrating formula with less waxy feeling than many balms but not anywhere near as sheer as the photos. The brown one I bought is flavored exactly like those candy brand novelty lip balms.

One in a melon isn’t as sheer as in the photos. Disappointed.

I bought the “time to pitaya” and it’s so smooth and wonderful on my lips. The color is a nice pink without it being too bright.

Bought this for my daughter--she twisted it to see the color and the tube doesn't go down? And nothing on the lip balm gives warning of this. It's garbage now.
