Q: Does this product cause constipation? I suffer from chronic constipation and tried another brand of menopause relief supplement and it made my constipation much worse and I had to discontinue use.

A: There have been no major side-effects attributed to the ingredients in Estroven Maximum Strength & Energy. The product has not been found to increase blood pressure. Please note though that there is a small amount of natural caffeine from green tea.

My primary care physician recommended this based on the overwhelmingly positive feedback she had received from patients experiencing perimenopause symptoms. My sleep was terrible - up multiple times a night for long periods of time, night sweats, then no energy at around 3PM every day. I felt so frustrated and grumpy. I LOVE this product. This specific Estrogen with the Black Cohosh is great for the issue with hot flashes and night sweats. I can really tell the difference when I don't take it for a week or more. I hope this product will remain a best seller, I've been taking it for years!

I have noticed a wonderful difference. I have had a very difficult time with menopause for over two years. I did not want to use any hormonal replacement theraphy. I decided to try various over the counter brands. This one really works for me. I have been feeling better and better each day. I am thrilled at finding a reasonable and safe solution for me. I wanted to take something that would help me and this brand has been around a long time so it was a logical choice. I did feel better while taking this product and did have fewer symptoms. I wanted to do more during the day and wasn't so worn down in the afternoon. It is an easy way to feel a little better.

Especially if you are not a candidate for HRT. It helped to even me out not have as many night sweats and hot flashes throughout the day plus gave me energy to be able to do what I needed to do. Menopause has taken a toll on the emotionally and physically I've tried many products and not all products that work for me. I think it is one of those things that you need to try it to see if it will work for you. I'm very happy that this does work for me.

There was a box that I purchased earlier this year and was working wonders within 2 weeks! Then I reordered and received a different looking box, but “same” ingredients- I’m not sure, but this box hasn’t been working at all AND they have a stinky smell that stays on my hand even after washing!! Can’t help but wonder. BTW, the box in majority of the target review pics is the one that worked for me.

I am surprised this actually helps me. I didn't think anything would. I'm new to this menopause thing. It has been rough to say the least. I started taking this 5 days ago and I'm not as exhausted as I was before. My older kids said that my mood is better. I'm really glad I tried this. I definitely recommend trying this.

I started taking Estroven Complete about 3 months ago, first time using didn't notice any changes, by 2nd moth started to have continued diarrhea and stomach cramps and bad bloating. I though I was coming down with a stomach flu it was that bad however I stopped all supplements to give my body a chance to recoup some. By 3rd month I realties this product was the culprit. Severe stomach cramp and diarrhea was back. It never did help with my menopause systems.
