Poor quality, lasted less than 6 months
Never worked well. Product support was poor. Was told by Eufy that warranty expired less than 1 year after purchase but never got good documentation on warranty for this product. Product just sat and spinned throwing off error codes. I did all the troubleshooting but it didn’t last long. I would not recommend this product to anyone. It worked okay for the first month but the mapping was not great. I spent a lot of time trying to get it to work.

Pretty good on hard surfaces
Works pretty good on hard surfaces, I’ve got several rugs that it don’t get all the dog hair, have to run it 3 times to get it all, or vacuum with my shark then pick up the rugs, which is probably what I’ll do. I like all the features but it takes all day to vacuum appropriately 1200 square ft ranch, but it figure it out re give me time to do other things.

Strong Robot Vacuum
Strong self mapping and I am able to set no go zones. Intuitive app and I use this vacuum everyday. Very good pick up power and self cleaning brush head is a game changer.

I’ve been very impressed with the Eufy L60 with Self-Empty Station. Setup was quick and easy, and the app made it simple to get everything connected and running. The vacuum does an excellent job picking up dust, pet hair, and everyday debris, even in corners and along baseboards. The self-empty station is the standout feature. It significantly reduces maintenance and makes automated cleaning truly hands-off. Navigation has been reliable, and it moves efficiently throughout the house without constantly getting stuck. After using it regularly, my floors stay noticeably cleaner with very little effort on my part. If you’re looking for a robot vacuum that offers strong cleaning performance, convenient self-emptying, and great value, the Eufy L60 is an easy recommendation.

Good software and easy to setup. Even though it’s supposedly designed for pet hair, it leaves a lot on the floor. Takes over two hours to vacuum about 1600 sq. ft.

This was a refurbished unit, so the price was really good but it does have a permanent problem. The hair cutting tool has never worked. From the beginning it gives an error that it is stuck and it is stuck, it will not move. If that worked it would be great, but it doesn't.

Doesn't pick up pet hair.
This doesn't pick up any pet hair. I have 2 short hair digs and cars who have minimal shedding. When it does encounter pet hair it just rolls it up, and then you find it in little rolled up piles around the floor. Why would I get a vacuum to pick things up off the floor and then it provides me more with more work?

I spent a great deal of time researching this product before making the purchase, so it’s extremely disappointing to experience so many problems. The device won’t run for more than a few minutes without stopping and displaying an alert that the roller brush needs to be cleaned or that it’s stuck on something, even when there is absolutely nothing obstructing it. We have thoroughly cleaned the roller brush multiple times, yet it continues to show the same “clean roller brush” message. It’s frustrating and clearly not functioning as expected. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this product.

We love our Eufy L-60
We’ve been using our Eufy L60 robot vacuum almost daily with ease and pleasure. The L60 was easy to setup and get started, we have two mapped areas for the two floors of our house. We first purchased an iRobot and had problems with the setup and use of it. We had to return it because we were unsatisfied with its performance. The Eufy L-60 is less than half the cost of the iRobot unit and performs so much better!
