Worked well to start, then went poorly. Constantly drying the mops, despite already drying them, then smells terrible despite having cleaned the machine. Doesn’t pick up nearly as much as it did in the beginning after constantly changing the bags. Then the bag went mouldy (water must have been filtering in instead of the water tank). It gets half way through a regular clean and then looses its mapping and has to re map and then doesn’t finish the clean. It also has damaged my mellow mat from mopping it on the edges as we have a wooden floor. It obviously didn’t distinguish between the floor and the mat so I have now had to configure to not mop our main area. Save your money and buy from a different brand, I’m really disappointed.

It does a great job in mopping the floors. Its saved me hours on a Saturday. We used to mop by hand. Even though the floors looked clean when wiping them with a white cloth you could still see some dirt left behind on the white cloth. After getting the Omni EW28 I kid you not doing the same test reveals a clean cloth. The upholstery cleaner also works great! Saved thousand in cleaning some of our older but still valuable furniture.

Bought this in August I’ve changed the mop head 3 times, scrubbed it out and it absolutely stinks of wet stagnant water. So disappointing! Vacuum side is great but I refuse to use the mop cause I’m cleaning the dirty tank on the mop every few days because of the smell!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This robot vacuum is quieter than the others I’ve used before It vacuums and mops without making a lot of noise and when it’s washing the mop or emptying the dustbin it’s still quiet, it was really easy to set up. I used my phone and had it running in just a few minutes so I would say if you can use apps on your phone then you can easily set this up. I’ve owned several robot vacuums, and this one standouts for sure. It surprisingly cleans all the way to the corners which I love the most. It doesn’t get tangled with hair unlike the other vacuums I’ve used. All in all the best vacuum I have ever owned and used.

I have hard floors and carpets in my apartment and this bad boy was able to handle it all. The unit is not too noisy, though my dog doesn’t seem to like it. Battery lasted longer than expected and it navigated the apartment well after figuring out the nooks and crannies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to start by saying that I love this product. It's very efficient at cleaning, and its vacuum suction is very powerful. It's self-maintenance, the battery lasts a long time my house is about 1,000 sq ft, and when it's done cleaning there is more than half of the charge left. The only thing I would say needs improving is the very loud noise it makes when it's cleaning its mop at home base, or if it's emptying whatever it picked up with the vacuum. Overall I would recommend this mop/vacuum cleaner, it will make your day a little better.

I’ve owned several robot vacuums in the past, but this is on a whole different level. The suction is insane — I have two kids and a dog, and it picks up EVERYTHING off my hardwood and low-pile rugs. Crumbs, pet hair, dirt, all gone in one pass. If you’re looking for a robot vacuum that actually does it all, this is it. Well worth the price!

We have two dogs and kids so a busy house but this machine is sooo easy to maintain. Easy setup. You can choose to have it run automatically on a schedule or just do it when you’re ready. It’s so quiet as well. And don’t worry about the battery this guy charges himself. It’s self cleaning so really all you have to do is empty it when it asks and refill the mop. It’s a breeze!! I really love how this turns into a portable cleaner as well. Wow! Had some juice stains on my couch and it removed them in a jiffy

Its suction power is amazing. The way it maneuvers around things is so neat. The mopping feature is an absolutely gem. I work from home and being able to work while having the floors cleaned is a blessing. I can now say I’m doing two this at once! This has been my favorite Influenster product and I’m so grateful to be able to review this.

I was initially amazed at the WiFi connection/setup, so simple and intuitive. Setting up the robot, there wasn’t any fudging around … made easy and everything worked. Set the robot to the task to clean, it mapped out automatically my home and started cleaning. It talks to you letting you know what it is doing. While that won’t be necessary in the long run the communication certainly helps with familiarity of how it works. First clean and I loved the way my floor feels afterwards, like I had mopped it myself. Now I have that feeling every time it works. I was amazed at the places it got into around furniture and my home obstacles. I bought this for a large new home I am moving into soon and I can see it will take away so much daily work and give me a sense of pride at the cleanliness of the home. Can’t wait !!! Loving the App showing you what it is doing, what obstacles it has identified, being able to change cleaning settings to suit my routine … do I want just a vacuum today or a clean also, scheduling while I am on the school run, scheduling just the kitchen where we have had breakfast … lots of practical useful features.
