No assembly required we took it right out and put the batteries in. Great value for the money it provides hours of entertainment.

I love that it has one mode with music and one without (I can only listen to kids toys for so long). The game doesn’t shut off after one attempt, it runs on a timer so you can make multiple tries but it will shut off after a successful grab.

My 7- and 4-year-old both enjoy it, and it has kept them entertained over and over again. It is very easy to use by adding a coin to start the game. The claw machine starts to move, allowing you to pick up plush prizes. They have come up with many different ways to play it. From timing eachother to get all the stuffies out to seeing who can get the hardest one. We have ordered more prizes to add and they cants wait!

It hasn't malfunctioned or had any issues, the only complaints I have are that the music is quite loud and it would be nice to have the ability to adjust the volume because having the music does help them know when their time is running out, and the initial setup required some dismantling to get cardboard out of the inside of the machine and having to put it back together that I felt wasn't really necessary.

My kid can spend a long time playing with it, and it’s also a hit at family gatherings. It feels sturdy and looks really cool when it’s all lit up. Definitely a great gift idea for kids (and honestly fun for adults too).

I like the fact that you only have to use 3 AA batteries. The music speeds up as you play, promoting suspense, but I didn't realize the game is timed! As for the claw, its pretty weak in picking up the plush toys. I also tried it with individually wrapped candy but was left disappointed. It's a fun toy, but kind of limited based on what the claw can grab.

The mechanism for running it just jams and it no longer works. It was a major bummer as the kids were really liking it and now it’s basically trash.

The durability is great, especially considering how much use it gets. Assembly was quick and simple—just remove the back cover with a screwdriver, clear out the packaging, replace the plexiglass wall, and pop in some batteries. It only took a few minutes. One tip: don’t overfill it past the recommended line and keep an eye on younger kids so they don’t get too rough with it. The silent mode is also another added bonus when your kids wanna keep playing but you don’t wanna hear the music and sounds anymore. The value is definitely worth the price because it’s entertaining, keeps the kids engaged, and doesn’t just end up sitting unused like so many other toys.

It’s easy to put together, the screws are tiny though so have a small screw driver ready. It’s super durable as my 2 year old has dropped it a few times. It’s so cute, makes cute sounds, and comes with little coins as well to feed the machine! It’s easy for the younger kids to use as well! This actually keeps them entertained for a long time. My nephew came over and he’s now getting one as well. Highly recommend !!

They had so much fun playing with it, it is fun for all the ages even the adults enjoy playing. My only issue was that my eldest put his hand into the hole and pulled the claw chain which we couldn’t repair or fix. So after that we were left with very cute prizes.

It would not go up and down anymore. The chains kept getting stuck and tangled with proper use. We tried several times to fix it but it never worked well again. The concept is excellent but the durability is not good. My older boys used it properly. Younger kids would break this quickly every time. Keep working on the durability factor.
