It came perfectly without any cracks. The problem is that its stained! Im mot sure if this was a used product but there are 3 finger print marks with permanent marker. I tried using alcohol and acetone.. it would not wipe off sadly.

Affordable food safe tea set. Our 3 year old handles it carefully and we haven’t had any issues with it breaking yet. The gold paint is turning a tarnished looking brown color over time which is disappointing. I also wish the saucers matched each cup color instead of all being pink. We liked that it was similar to the pottery barn set, but more affordable in case it breaks due to child’s young age. Cups are tiny. They don’t hold much liquid. Easy to clean.

Cup broke and lead to injury
My daughter dropped a cup and it broke. In the scuffle of her falling and then reaching for the pieces she ended up cutting her fingers in multiple places. Almost suture level mishap... It was cute. But I wouldn't recommend for littles.

Adorable but gold is discoloring after one use
Although this set is adorable and seems sturdy enough for the ceramic aspect, I am very disappointed that the golden color of the handles is already discoloring after first use (of just cool water!) it almost appears as tarnished and turning browns.

Love the set overall- great quality and price compared to many other real ceramic sets. I took off one star because I wish the saucers matched the cups and weren’t all pink!! I think it would nicer and have more fun mixing and matching cups and saucers.
