Cord is too short
This is the worst coffee percolator pot that I have ever bought the cord is too short coffee pot tips over have to unplug it every time I want to pour a cup of coffee I wish I could return it to the store however I've had it 3 months and I'm ready to trash it it's dangerous the cord is too short I read online they shortened the cord because they're afraid of it becoming entangled Well it's worse now because you get burnt when the coffee pot sips over unless you unplug it every time don't buy it you won't be satisfied

Glass knob exploded while making coffee
I need my glass knob replaced. It exploded this morning while I was reaching for the pot to pour a cup of coffee. Burner was on lowest level coffee had been done for over 15 minutes and burner was just warm.

Love the smell and taste
Love the smell and taste of fresh brewed coffee! This pot is perfect, just the right size. We had a smaller one, but just never seem make to have coffee for a second cup. Saw this coffee pot would make up to 12 cups. Always been a Farberware customer, will continue to be!

Refreshing!!
I use this percolator often and do love the way it’s constructed. Fresh perked coffee is one of the best things about my day. The only problem I’ve ever had with this pot is with the little plastic ring that sits between the glass and the cover (sorry, I don’t know the proper name). It always breaks.

Love the coffee maker, do have a PROBLEM though. The black ring below the knob has a piece out. I have tried for 2 days to contact the company to no avail! You offer warranty but, no way to access so not impressed by that!

Great Value!
Have used my 8 cup for years, both camping and on a gas range at home on a regular basis.. absolutely no issues! looking to upgrade to the 12 cup due to frequent power outages in my neck of the woods... Well worth the money!

Best Ever!!
This is a beautifully designed stove top percolator. Most stove top percolators spill over when coffee perks. This one does not...it is foolproof! Makes a delicious, full-bodied brew! You will not want to use any other coffeemaker or even electric percolatot again.

Glass on top breaks easily. Also must not overheat
I have the 12-cup percolator which I love and is relatively new but the glass top fell off during storage and shattered it was not very solid. No part is listed for replacement. I will call and try to get it replaced because otherwise, I like the product.

Unreliable
I have had two of these. The first one started leaking at a seam months after purchase and the company replaced the whole item. I use it on a gas range. The glass knob (mine was white) came off often while moving the pot, I broke one when it bounced to the floor. I had an extra from the damaged unit and that knob did not stay secure either. Many people have complained about the glass knob. This has not been a good value.

It takes time to brew, so don’t be in a hurry. I won’t buy any other coffee maker. I’m done with the drip coffee makers that have a short life span. I love this percolator. It is the second one I have bought. We use it every morning, and it delivers such a delicious cup of coffee.

Perfect cup of coffee iin a perfect coffeemaker
My beautiful gleaming coffeemaker is just perfect. I could not be more thrilled and makes the best coffee. I recommend not reading many negatives reviews. I have decided after a month, those who have complained about broken glass, ring, coffee grounds in bottom of pot, absolutely did not follow directions. This is a coffee maker for people with patience. It is not fill,press start and drink coffee in 10 minutes, but worth every waiting moment.

Simply the best!
We have tried several other brands of percolators, and this is hands down the best. It makes the best cup of coffee, with no grounds. Would definitely recommend this product.
