Stepless Adjustment dial broken during first use. Maden with cheap plastic and so fragile. Use the dial in the body!

The Opus 2 Gets Almost Everything Right
The Fellow Opus 2 has quickly become a workhorse in my kitchen, handling everything from espresso to drip with impressive consistency. Grind uniformity is excellent — you can taste the difference — and the speed is faster than I expected for a home grinder at this level. What really surprised me, though, is how quiet it runs. It's a genuinely pleasant machine to use first thing in the morning. Static is minimal, which keeps cleanup quick and mess-free. My one gripe is retention: there's more buildup between grinds than I anticipated, which means you'll want to stay on top of cleaning more regularly than you might expect. It's not a dealbreaker, and I'd still recommend it without hesitation. The exterior is mostly plastic, but it doesn't feel that way — it's solid, well-fitted, and gives every impression it's built to last. Fellow's design sensibility shines through here; it looks and feels like a premium appliance on the counter. Overall, the Opus 2 delivers where it counts — speed, quiet operation, and consistent grind size — with low static and a build quality that inspires confidence. Just stay on top of cleaning and you'll be very happy with it.
