    I wanted to love the

    I wanted to love the Ode Gen 2 but, alas, it locked up the 4th time I used it. Medium roast beans for 2 cups/day. After following the instructions to fix, including major surgery of the burr grinder, it worked for a tenth of a second. Back in the box and to Fellow it shall go, though I really want to slam it into the trash can. Zero stars…love the Aiden though.

    Small but consistent grinder

    The newly designed Opus 2 is a very good single dose grinder. Dialing in was easy through its stepless adjustment. It’s not a big tall grinder so it’s easy to place it on the kitchen counter. The grind was super fast and consistent. I only had it for two weeks and I’m curious to see how long this grinder will last

    Good for all style of brewing coffee grinder definitely an improvement over the initial design, a little expensive but thats all coffee related products, at its level is good price to performance ratio. Could be a bit quieter but it isnt too loud and its pretty quick anyway. Grind could be a little more consistent but its great for what it is. 4/5

    Jammed on first use. On a coarse setting for a cold brew so I was suprised. Entirely plastic and does not feel solid. Will return ASAP. Also did not realize this does not grind for espresso. Bought the Fellow Series 1 also and am hoping it performs better than this grinder.

    A lot more plastic/cheaper feel than I was expecting. The retention of the grinds after grinding is very poor and causes grinds to constantly spill out. Good dialing system and auto grind setting works well. Overall fine but has me reconsidering other similar options.

    The Opus 2 is great!

    The Opus 2 is great! It grinds for espresso pretty good and grinds for my drip coffee pretty good as well. Stylish and fits on my counter along my espresso machine and drip coffee machine and doesn't take much space. Love how it doesn't leave any ground mess, the magnetic espresso cup and big cup feature.

    Extremely great value grinder that handles all ranges from espresso to cold brew

    This is a great grinder with very good consistency, stemless adjustment, and no retention issue. I replaced the Breville Smart Grinder Pro with this, and it’s much more consistent, less loud, and automatically stops. I have 0 complaints. If you need a budget grinder, get this one.
