I love Frida products!!
I bought the Frida Mom Breast Care Self-Care Kit and included came this gem and it has been an excellent product. This one time use mask has definitely helped with my breastfeeding journey to soothe breast and leave them hydrated after a long day of hard work.

Godsend
Excellent product...Truly eased the pain of my terrible engorements..I used one day with no pumping or breastfeesdng,but breasts were still leaking like a faucet. Used second pack the next day and I saw maybe 10 drops of milk out of each breast and pain was gone in about 20 mins. Going to buy more just to make sure i'm all dried up.

Does Nothing
These are really over priced and should come in a 5-6 pack (minimum) at $6.99. It's essentially a damp tissue in a blind bag and stays cool for about a minute.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked these, I can only nurse on one side, due to having a surgery on one breast and having some ducts cut in the process, my milk comes in but does not flow out. I get extremely engorged for a few days and these helped a lot. Would recommend.
