Directions
Needs to be fully cooked. Keep frozen until ready to prepare.
For food safety, cook to 165°F until hot throughout. Appliances may vary; adjust cooking time accordingly.
Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.
Microwave
Do not puncture or open before microwaving.
1. Place unopened bag THIS SIDE UP in microwave oven. Evenly distribute vegetables inside.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 6 minutes or until hot.**
3. Let stand 1 minute. Bag will be hot; lift from corners. Open carefully.
**Directions developed for 1100 watt microwave ovens. Cooking in ovens of lower watts will require additional time.
Stovetop
1. Heat very large nonstick skillet on MEDIUM heat. Add vegetables.
2. Cover and cook, stirring frequently, for 8 minutes or until hot.

The glucose syrup in this product is wheat based when it doesn't need to be. I wish this product was being made without a major allergen being added to it. Would love to see it made with something less allergenic, like corn or rice so my family can safely enjoy.

This is soooo good!! all the flavors are there albeit milder for a western palette. i just add indian condiments to my plate to enhance the flavors a bit. But as a whole this is a great quick meal. i eat it over rice and it is very very satiating!! 10/10 highly recommend. i always stock at least 5 in my freezer at all times!

Bell peppers are a prominent ingredient and should be listed in the description on the front of the bag. I have an intolerance and couldn’t eat past one bite. My friend eating with me was puzzled by the sweet potatoes being minced so tiny that everything turned to mush following the microwave instructions.

We buy this regularly because it makes a great quick lunch or dinner when we're both busy. Strangely, every time I think about eating it, I'm not so enthusiastic, but then after I make it, it smells so good, and then it tastes so good, I'm really glad we had it. Curry is not too spicy--a good thing, because I'm super sensitive to spice. It's great with some 90sec basmati rice.
