Nice blanket, sheds like crazy

This is a pretty decent blanket. Nothing fancy. Quite thin. Good for warmer months. However, it sheds an extremely excessive amount of fibers. Like a crazy amount. Even after washing, it's still shedding enough to cover dark clothes. I'm hoping it will go away after a few washes otherwise I would reduce to 1 star.

Genuine Snugfest!

I bought this a month ago as a present for our son in the Forest Green. He loves it so much he asked if I would send him the same blanket in a different color. When the blanket arrived it was so soft and rich in color I kept it for myself and ordered another blanket the same color for his new home. This will be the third blanket I have purchased! The quality of the blanket material is like no other I have Purchased from other stores.

This blanket shed so many fibers that my bedroom floor was covered in lint. I believe I inhaled some of the fibers while sleeping and had an allergic reaction. I returned the blanket.
