Broken after a couple of months, damages floors!

The center support legs broke after less than 3 months and damaged our hardwood floors. Target refused to process the return because outside of return window and the manufacturer refused to process anything as well. A 3 year old child uses this bed. The quality and customer service is unacceptable - now we have to figure out how to repair it ourselves so it is usable
