A: Hi Caroline! Our target bottles and caps are both recyclable. The bottles are actually partially made with post-consumer recycled plastic as well. However, for the #hairgoal booster shots, we recommend recycling the cartons, but discarding the blisters themselves. Hope this helps!

The shampoo and conditioner bases were formulated to be hard working all on their own, they address the needs for each specific hair type, so you can use them on their own or you can add 1, 2, or 3 #hairgoal booster shots depending on how many hair goals you may have. We have A LOT of hair goals, so that's why we recommend up to 3, but you do you :) Function of Beauty #hairgoal booster shots are designed to work best with Function of Beauty shampoo and conditioner. If you want to add the #hairgoal booster shots to other brands of shampoo and conditioner, we believe it is safe to do so but unfortunately can't guarantee you'll achieve your hair goals with that combination of ingredients. I was gifted this product! I have only used it a bit so far but I added both the shine and anti frizz shots and like that I can customize my shampoo to fit my hair needs! The mini pods make it perfect to add in and I like having a concentrated option to add! Price is also really good for the quantity and quality of product! My one complaint is it's a little hard to get every last drop out.

I think I see somewhat of a difference but I got good brown girl hair so it might just be me. I will see after a while if there’s a difference.
